  Opera Cafe is a sophisticated European oasis in Ambleside, West Vancouver. The service is gentle, the classical music (sometimes live!) is smooth, the coffee is excellent and the fresh food is exquisitely made. you can taste the love and attention that goes into every bite. Pastries, sandwiches and even bread are all made by hand on site. Yes, they taste as good as they look. They even have some gluten-free and dairy-free treats to please every palate.

  Lovely home made baked goods, salads, sandwiches and soups. Lots of variety, very helpful and knowledgeable staff on their products. Great atmosphere (I often come in to get some computer work done), fast WiFi, very friendly place. If you're lucky, the girl behind the counter may play the piano for a few minutes! A refreshing alternative to Starbucks.

  Here is an ideal place to be solitary or to socialize. The food reflects the chef's training in Italy and France. (slurp, slurp, drool). And, it's made with love and creativity.
