  I gotta tell you, not many places in West Vancouver nailed the East Asian cuisine like Chef Hung. I can slurp up the noodles without trouble, plus I can enjoy many more options like bubble tea and ice cream!
  
  So if you guys are craving for some action in a bowl, I say this is the place.

  Probably my favorite Taiwanese restaurant in lower mainland. Super friendly staff, wide selection of noodles and vegetarian dishes. Their beef nose soup is especially rich in flavor yet isn't full of meat grease. About the only issue is the parking along the street (which there really isn't any..). Highly recommended.

  This franchise sees variations of quality depending on the establishment you visit. This particular one offers the same beef noodles, except the portion and the side dishes are sub par when compared to the one in Aberdeen Centre. This one also has only two high chairs and two boosters, so if you are visiting with more than two - bring your own chairs!

  Excellent service and amazing food. Can't go wrong. Real Taiwanese beef soup with unmatched broth, best I've had. Be sure to finish your meal with shaved ice, mango. They fly it in from Taiwan weekly

  Best Asian fusion restaurant in West Van. Beef noodle has decent noodle but lack of veggie and soup base is different than other beef noodle place. 獅子頭飯 and 韭菜盒子 are worth ordering. Service is superb and nice decor. Will visit again after next hike in west van.
